Insurance Information

Insurance Patients

Many insurance policies have chiropractic coverage that do not typically require a referral. Please bring your current medical insurance card with you to your first appointment, and continue to update us whenever your coverage changes in any way.

My staff and I do our best to check your benefits prior to your first visit. Ultimately, we cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company, and you are responsible for any charges incurred.

Looking to use a Health Saving Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?

Many qualify for use in our office!
